There are so many books that have made a huge impact on me on this journey. To be honest, it can be really difficult for me to pick up a book and read it cover to cover because life is just so busy. I listened to most of these as audiobooks while I was driving or folding laundry. I could be productive, but it was deeply engaging and transformative. The time I spent listening became one of my favorite forms of self-care. In my opinion, these are the best book recommendations for therapy.
